Monday Mayhem – Picture post

Had a busy weekend! It started with visitors:

Joey and Raylon
Mommy and grandbaby

Which led to much cooing and cuddling:

I think he likes Moogie best

Then we took off to Southaven, MS for the M.R. Davis Library Mix & Mingle

I brought my lovely assistant along to flirt with the ladies.

Got to meet my fellow TMP author, Linda Rettstat

And met historical romance author, Mary McCall

What can I say? I gravitate to the chicks who like men in kilts.

Then we came home to this:

And just where have you been, Moogie?
And just where have you been, Moogie?

So we had to cuddle until we got back in his good graces

Granddad and Moogie are funny!

All in all, it was a pretty darn good weekend. I have a busy week ahead. Getting ready to head off to Texas for the day job. I’ll be gone for a couple of weeks, but I invited some friends over to keep you company. No keggers. I mean it.

So how was your weekend? Got a busy week ahead?

  1. I will start my week with some exciting laundry and end it with Easter with the family.Hoping the Son can make it by. Tempted him with an Easter basket and promises of dinner. I’m sure I’ll throw some work and a doctor’s appointment there in the middle.

  2. I just can’t get enough of seeing his pictures! We’re gearing up for a break. I can’t wait to possible be able to get caught up on paperwork and cleaning, not to mention garden prep. Or maybe I can wait.

  3. Oh my God, cute overload! I don’t know how you could tear yourself away! Hugs and congratulations all around!

  4. This was so fun! I love picture recaps! My week started off in a seriously awesome way. I’ll tell you more about it later, but here’s a teaser: my new associate teacher is Merly Streep with curly hair. 😀
